Questions

1.The Cloud is saving documents or pictures or music, in a network. The network is the Cloud.

2. Cloud documents can be accessed anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection. Local is storing your documents on a computer and you can only access it from that computer.

 3.Google Docs- Advantages: You can work on a document with multiple persons at the same time. You can also easily access it from any part where you have an internet connection.
Disadvantages: You cannot access it if you do not have a connection. You can not create multiple copies, so if for any reason you loose it, you can not get it back.

Microsoft Office Documents- Advantages: you have more options to format your documents than Google Docs. You have auto recovery features.
Disadvantages: You have to create multiple copies and you do not know what other people are editing. Sometimes the files are too large to send.

4. In the next 6 months I plan in using Cloud storage because I can access it from anywhere in the world apart from my computer with an internet connection. Also It could be very useful for doing group work, as we can edit it together and see what we are doing. I do not want to just save my documents on the Cloud because if I do not have another copy , I would loose all my work.
